For custom products please allow up to 4 weeks from date of purchase for shipping conformation, and typically 4-6 days for delivery. If an item is out of stock that you're interested send us a message! We try to restock inventory as quick as possible!
Satisfaction guaranteed. If you have any questions or concerns on an order contact us for resolution. Returns are accepted on standard orders that didn't require customization. You have 14 days from delivery date to return your unused item for a refund. The buyer is responsible for applicable shipping fees. Due to personalization, no refunds or returns are accepted on custom orders.

Here at The Rose, we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our aprons. This includes normal wear and tear as well as manufacturers defects. With the Nature of these items and the material they are made out of there are a few things that aren't covered; Stains, fading, burn marks, melting, or holes created by acid or any chemicals.
Totes we will replace or fix manufacturer defects up to a year since purchase (supplies permitting).
